Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Bio-Engevita® Powder is light beige organic inactive yeast. It has a mild savory taste and is specially grown and processed from primary yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The yeast is roller dried and ground to provide a consistent homogeneous powder.
