COSUCRA believes in the food transition towards modern, healthy, and sustainable nutrition. Everyday, we strive to improve people’s health by offering innovative food ingredients coming from naturally-sourced raw materials chicory and pea. From the very beginning, COSUCRA chose the naturality with its 2 raw materials – yellows pea and chicory – and sustainability as the core of its development.
