Effective in concentrations as low as one part per million, it is one of the most efficient, economical and widely used food-grade antifoams. A yearly Food Safety audit is conducted by NSF in certain geographic regions using the Supplier Assurance - Food Safety Expectations and Criteria for Food Processing Facilities audit process.
