EFFER-SODA® SODIUM BICARBONATE, is a highly stable, surface modified sodium bicarbonate powder developed for use in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications.

Sorbitol Special™ plasticizers are sorbitan-sorbitol based soft gel plasticizers. They enhance the capsule finish gloss for a premium appearance, help to prevent leakage, provide consistent pharmaceutical quality, and extend shelf life by maintaining a proper moisture balance within the capsule shell. Sorbitol Special™ products are manufactured from commercial corn syrups.

Simethicone is an orally administered antifoaming agent. It is mainly used to reduce gas from the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) in patients complaining from recurrent flatulence. Simethicone is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and hydrated silica gel.

CALCIUM CARBONATE DC is a highly compactable, porous calcium carbonate with smooth organoleptics, CS90/CS90L is ideal for antacid formulations and nutritional supplements, especially where tablet weight is a concern.

LUBRIPHARM® SSF Sodium Stearyl Fumarate (SSF) is an inert, less hydrophobic alternative to magnesium stearate as a pharmaceutical tablet lubricant. Tablets made with Lubripharm SSF exhibit less sensitivity to variations in blending time and lubricant levels and have functionally superior hardness characteristics compared to tablets produced with magnesium stearate. In addition, Lubripharm SSF does not exhibit incompatibility with active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are susceptible to oxidation or degradation in alkaline conditions or contain primary amines.Lubripharm® SSF is manufactured from natural and synthetic sources; no animal products are used.

Pharmaburst 500 produces fast disintegrating tablets that are hard enough to withstand the mechanics of production, storage, transportation, and being pushed out of a blister pack, yet will disintegrate rapidly so the patient can swallow their medication comfortably.

Barcroft™ Magnesium Hydroxide is precipitated from seawater. It is pure and free of contaminants typical of chemically derived magnesium products. MANNOGEM EZ SPRAY DRIED is the proprietary process used to manufacture Mannogem EZ Spray Dried - Mannitol yields a porous material with lower disintegration times, a narrow particle size distribution, enhanced flow, and compression properties. It is due to these properties that Mannogem EZ is excellent in ODT formulations. It produces tablets with higher hardness than other excipients at comparable compression forces, and its higher surface area allows Mannogem EZ to work well as a base for ordered mixing with micronized APIs and low dose formulations. Mannogem® Mannitol products are manufactured from sugar cane or from corn starch/syrup.

Barcroft ™ Aluminium Hydroxide Gel Visco-9 has a fine and narrow particle size distribution resulting in a pleasant mouthfeel. Viscous pastes yield thick and creamy formulations without the need for additional thickeners or suspending agents. Viscous aluminium hydroxide products are typically used in regular strength antacid suspensions. The products provide the appropriate thickness without requiring the use of gums or suspending agents. These gels can be dumped from drums with suitable equipment or pumped from the drum with specially designed pumps.

DC Co-Dried powders AHMH 3535 are preformulated products for a simpler, quicker, and more cost-effective manufacturing process for immediate-relief antacid tablets.
