CAVAMAX^® W6 FOOD with 6 glucose units gas in the smallest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins. CAVAMAX® W6 FOOD is useful for solubilizing, stabilizing or delivering small molecules, e.g. low molecular weight, flavour or fragrance compounds.

CAVAMAX® W8 Food is with 8 glucose units has the largest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins and is the most water soluble. CAVAMAX® W8 Food is useful for solubilizing, stabilizing or delivering larger molecules; e.g. oils, lipids, etc.

CAVACURMIN is a cyclodextrin inclusion complex of curcumin with gamma-Cyclodextrin. Curcumin is the principle curcuminoid found in turmeric and considered as most active component. Curcumin is a very water insoluble and clinical trails in humans indicate that the systemic bioavailability of orally administered curcumin is very low. Considered as a supplementary part of a balanced dairy diet.
