SP-1068

SP-1068 is a thermoplastic resin made from octylphenoland formaldehyde. It is typically used to increase tack in natural rubber and synthetic elastomers, including SBR, BR, IIR and IR. SP-1068 is soluble in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and higher alcohols.
SP 560

SP-560 is a thermoplastic, oil-soluble, terpene phenolic resin. This resin is mainly used in adhesives as either the base resin or as a modifying resin in the formulation of polychloroprene cements. SP-560 is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones and esters.

SP 134

SP-134 is a heat-reactive, alkylphenolic resin in solid form. is supplied in flake form. SP-134 is primarily used in conjunction with chloroprene rubber to produce general purpose solvent-based contact cements. SP-134 is soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, and partially in higher alcohols.

SP 6600

SP 6600 is a thermosetting cashew oil-modified phenolic novolak resin powder. The resin shows outstanding reinforcing properties towards nitrile rubber. SP6600 exhibits excellent compatibility in all proportions with nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). The resin contains hexamethylene tetramine (hexa). SP 6600and nitrile rubber blends are used in such diverse applications as adhesives, mechanical goods and shoe soling. Key Application: Tire, Adhesives, Technical Rubber Goods.

SP 6700

SP-6700 is a cashew nutshell oil-modified phenolic novolac resin. It is used to eliminate scorch tendencies in high-temperature mill or Banbury mixing. SP-6700 resin is produced for those high-temperature compounding cycles where the early presence of hexa could result in scorching.

FRJ 551

FRJ-551 is a heat-reactive, alkylphenolic resin, that appears in a flake form. FRJ-551 exbits a low intial viscosity and maintain viscosity-stability, high cohesive strength at room temperature. FRJ-551 designed primarily for use in the formulationsof polychloroprene-based contact adhesives. Please see the brochure below and for further details contact our local sales representative today.
