3M™ GLASS BUBBLES K25

3M glass bubbles K25 ideal additives for shallow water buoyancy applications or processing applications where high strength is needed. In addition, like all 3M glass bubbles, K25 bubbles are compatible with thermoset resins like polyurethane and epoxy, and are virtually insoluble in water. Application: Paints and Coatings, Rubber and Plastic, Transportation.
3M™ GLASS BUBBLES K20

3M™ GLASS BUBBLES  K20 have a density of 0.20 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 500 psi. These general purpose spheres have a good strength-to-density ratio and are designed for use in a variety of shallow water (e.g. up to 2,000 feet of sea water) buoyancy applications, as well as emulsion explosives.

3M™ GLASS BUBBLES S28HS

Glass Bubbles S28HS are hollow glass spheres with a typical density of 0.28 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 3,000 psi. These glass bubbles are designed for numerous applications such as deep water syntactic foams and airless spray coatings. The bubbles produce strong, stable voids with low thermal conductivity, helping the coating achieve the necessary compressive strength. The S28HS Glass Bubbles offer a very good strength-to-density ratio and small particle size, making them suitable for a variety of applications such as buoyancy in oil and gas, airless sprayable paints and coatings, adhesives, mastics, sealants, SMC and other thermoset resin systems.
3M™ STAIN RESISTANT SRA-451

Stain Resistant Additive and Sealer SRA-451 is a fluorochemical acrylic resin concentrate in ethyl acetate designed for industrial application to porous hard surfaces such as concrete, marble, granite, terracotta, etc. Properly applied, SRA-451 additive imparts excellent and durable water, oil and stain repellent properties as well as dirt pick-up resistance on all types of porous hard surfaces. The substrate’s natural characteristics are generally unaffected by the application of this product. Be sure to evaluate the 3M product for compatibility in your particular application before using.
3M™ W-210 CERAMIC MICROSPHERES

3M™ W-210  CERAMIC MICROSPHERES are made of alkali alumino silicate ceramic and is one of our smallest high-strength ceramic particles with a typical d90 of 12 microns; it has a controlled particle size distribution. Formulating with these ceramic microspheres allows higher filler loadings while maintaining desired properties such as viscosity control. In addition, these engineered particles are added to many paints and industrial coatings to provide scrub and burnish resistance. Due to their smaller particle size, ceramic microspheres white grade W-210 are typically chosen over other ceramic microspheres for higher gloss formulations. Formulators may be able to extend resin in their formulation by adding 3M ceramic microspheres and potentially reduce cost

3M™ GLASS BUBBLES K15

Glass Bubbles K15 have a density of 0.15 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 300 psi. 3M glass bubbles K15 are ideal for use in a variety of water buoyancy applications, including additives in buoys and moorings. Like all 3M glass bubbles, K15 bubbles are compatible thermoset resins like polyurethane and epoxy, and are virtually insoluble in water.
