Glass Bubbles K15 have a density of 0.15 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 300 psi. 3M glass bubbles K15 are ideal for use in a variety of water buoyancy applications, including additives in buoys and moorings. Like all 3M glass bubbles, K15 bubbles are compatible thermoset resins like polyurethane and epoxy, and are virtually insoluble in water.
3M glass bubbles K25 ideal additives for shallow water buoyancy applications or processing applications where high strength is needed. In addition, like all 3M glass bubbles, K25 bubbles are compatible with thermoset resins like polyurethane and epoxy, and are virtually insoluble in water. Application: Paints and Coatings, Rubber and Plastic, Transportation.

3M™ GLASS BUBBLES  K20 have a density of 0.20 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 500 psi. These general purpose spheres have a good strength-to-density ratio and are designed for use in a variety of shallow water (e.g. up to 2,000 feet of sea water) buoyancy applications, as well as emulsion explosives.

Glass Bubbles S28HS are hollow glass spheres with a typical density of 0.28 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 3,000 psi. These glass bubbles are designed for numerous applications such as deep water syntactic foams and airless spray coatings. The bubbles produce strong, stable voids with low thermal conductivity, helping the coating achieve the necessary compressive strength. The S28HS Glass Bubbles offer a very good strength-to-density ratio and small particle size, making them suitable for a variety of applications such as buoyancy in oil and gas, airless sprayable paints and coatings, adhesives, mastics, sealants, SMC and other thermoset resin systems.
