Luna-matt 70 is a new version matting hardener for hybrid powder coatings. It can produce gloss level less than 3% by selecting proper polyester resins. Compared with the typical type of matt hardener, Luna-matt 70 can provide excellent anti-yellowing, color stability and gloss stability at over baking condition, special application in light color powder coating. It can also provide good surface properties such as excellent flow, smooth surface and excellent finger print resistance.

Luna-matt 71 is a reactive matting agent, based on carboxyl-functional acrylic resin. It can be used in hybrid powder coatings to ahieeve low gloss levels whilst maintaining mechanical and colour properties.

Luna Alu100 is a high-purity aluminium oxide, which provides powder coatings with improved storage stability, better edge coating and charge control.

Luna DCD 10 is an ultra-micronised grade of dicyandiamide, used as a latent curing agent for epoxy resins. It contains 1.6% of anti-blocking agent to prevent caking.

Luna-add 1096 is a Teflon-free texture additive for powder coatings, capable of complying with REACH EU regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and similar regulations. Luna-add 1096 provides a rough structure effect (similar to a sand texture effect) in powder coatings. It enables excellent anti-scratch performance, and can be used with epoxy, polyester or hybrid resin systems.

Luna-add 1097 is a Teflon-free texture additive for powder coatings, capable of complying with REACH EU regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and similar regulations. Luna-add 1097 provides a rough structure effect (similar to a sand texture effect) when combined with basic mineral fillers. It enables excellent anti-scratch performance, and can be used with epoxy, polyester or hybrid resin systems.

Luna-add 201 is a pre-mixed material for creating glycouril/hydroxyl terminated polyester-based powder coating with alligator finishes. Luna-add 201 does not contain any pigment, which helps to keep texture consistency and better quality control. Formulators only need to add pigments into the mix, then dry blend, extrude, grind and classify, to achieve a powder coating with outstanding alligator finish.

Luna-add 801 is a pre-mixed material for formulating clear-top powder coatings with a snowflake effect. The finished powder coating formulated with this pre-mixed material is very easy to spray onto any pigmented primers (powder or liquid paint) and then by baking this colour plus clear-top dual coatings you will form a consistent snowflake pattern.

Luna-add TF13 is a Teflon-free texture additive for powder coatings, capable of complying with REACH EU regulation (EC) No 202/784 and similar regulations. Luna-add TF13 provides a rough structure effect (similar to a sand texture effect) when combined with basic mineral fillers. It enables excellent anti-scratch performance and can be used with epoxy, polyester or hybrid resin systems.

Luna-cat 7318 is an anti-yellowing, low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings based on PES/TGIC and PES/hybrid.

Luna-charge 2485 is a polar fatty acid derivative used as a charge enhancing additive to improve the transfer efficiency of powder coatings.

Luna-cryl 700 is a glycidyl functional acrylic resin which can be used as a curing agent for saturated carboxyl polyesters having low acid values (i.e. 33) to produce exterior durable Powder Coating with dead matte to low gloss finishes (60° gloss range 0-20).

Luna-cryl 710 is a glycidyl functional acrylic resin which can be used as a curing agent for saturated carboxyl polyesters having low acid values (i.e. 33) to produce exterior durable Powder Coating with dead matte to low gloss finishes (60° gloss range 0-20). Luna-cryl 710 offers improved flexibility as compared to its predecessor, Luna-cryl 700.

Luna-fos 126J is a high performance organophosphie processing stabilizer which protects coatings from thermo-oxidative degradation by decomposing hydroperoxides to form non-radical, non-reactive products.

Luna-fos 168-J is a solid phosphite antioxidant with excellent hydrolytic stability. Recommendcd for use in combination with amine/phenolic antioxidants. Luna-fos 168-J functions synergistically to retard oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during polymerization, processing, and in end-use applications. For those polymers resistant to oxidation, Luna-fos 168-J can be used alone to maintain optimal color stability.

Luna-matt 019 is a polyolefin wax based matting agent, used mainly in polyester/TGIC exterior-durable powder coatings, to provide gloss levels lower than 15%. Luna-matt 019 provides excellent color stability and flow, especially in black or darkshades.

Luna-matt 216 is a synthetic resin-based matting agent designed for reducing gloss in exterior polester/TGIC powder coatings whilst maintaining flow and weather resistance properties.

Luna-mer 1174 is a glycoluril type hardener used to produce Powder Coating having extremely consistent wrinkle finishes regardless of the color or filler content. Luna-mer 1174 can be used for exterior durable or indoor applications.

Luna-mer 2067 is a matting agent designed for use in exterior polyester/TGIC powder coatings, to provide reduced gloss and improved flow and anti-yellowing. Luna-mer 2067 can usually lower gloss levels to ~30% (60°).

Luna-mer 2139 is a wax-based matting agent used in b-hydroxyalkylamide (HAA)-based exterior-durable powder coatings. Luna-mer 2139 provides low gloss levels, whilst maintaining excellent flow properties and color stability.

Luna-mer 2148 is a wax-free matting hardener, designed for use in durable exterior TGIC powder coatings. Luna-mer 2148 is capable of providing gloss ranges from 10-30% @ 60°. Due to its carboxyl group functionality, this hardener requires excess TGIC as a co-reactant in order to achieve controllable gloss stability at varying baking temperatures. Luna-mer 2148 also provides excellent performance characteristics including impacts and surface flow.

Luna-mer 2165 is a matting agent for polyester epoxy hybrid Powder Coating and can be used to produce coatings that have a 60° gloss range between 15-70 units. Cured films that contain Luna-mer 2165 offer excellent flow, outstanding anti-yellowing properties and very good fingerprint resistance.

Luna-cure 2MI is used as a hardener/curing agent in epoxy and polyurethane systems applications.

Luna-mer 552-A is a β-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinker, used to formulate exterior-durable, TGIC-free powder coatings.

Luna-mer 553-A is an improved β-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinker, used to formulate exterior-durable carboxylic polyester powder coatings. Luna-mer 553-A provides a lower-yellowing, more colourstable coating, and therefore is most suitable for use in direct-fired gas ovens.

Luna-mer 554-A is a new lowfunctionality crosslinker for powder coatings. Luna-mer 554-A is comes in easy-to-incorporate powder form, and provides superior properties to the final coating.

Luna-mer 6630 is a Caprolactam blocked cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate, used as a hardener in weather-resistant, polyurethane powder coatings. Luna-mer 6630 „unblocks“ at >170oC, and provides excellent physical properties to powder-coated decorative articles.

Luna-mer 6640 is a Caprolactam blocked cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate, used as a hardener in weather-resistant, polyurethane powder coatings. Luna-mer 6640 „unblocks“ at >160oC, and provides excellent physical properties to powder-coated decorative articles.

Luna-mer 8250-H is a tri-functional HAA compound, for use in outdoor-durable powder coatings. Luna-mer 8250-H provides excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties, with low skin irritation.

Luna-mer 8260-H is a low-toxicity, tetra-functional adipamide curing agent, suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resins, to produce powder coatings with outstanding mechanical properties and weathering durability. Luna-mer 8260-H is best used as a curing agent in TGIC-free, exterior-durable powder coatings, as it is non-yellowing, and maintains excellent levelling and gloss performance.

Luna-mer B-31 functions as a hardener or accelerator for powder coatings and partially replaces dicyandiamide in formulations.

Luna-mer B-31 appears in a white to pale yellow flake form.

Luna-mer MB-55 is a cross-linkable matting agent for epoxy and epoxy/polyester powder coatings, that provides consistent, low gloss levels when cured at temperatures above 180℃.

Luna-mer B-68 is a cross-linkable matting agent for epoxy and epoxy/polyester powder coatings, that provides consistent, low gloss levels when cured at temperatures above 180℃.

Luna-mer BPOA is a versatile additive, that acts as a polymerization extender for nylon polymers, an extreme pressure additive for lubricants, or as a flame retardant for fibres.

Luna-mer DDA is a dibasic acid that can be used as a powder coating curing agent with GMA-functional acrylic resins. Luna-mer DDA is the hardener of choice for GMA resins due to the combination of favorable melting point, cure rate and viscosity reduction. Luna-mer DDA offers cured coatings with outstanding clarity, non-yellowing properties, chemical resistance and exterior durability.

Luna-mer HM750 is a solid matting resin based upon a glycidyl-functional acrylic copolymer. Luna-mer HM750 is designed for use in exterior-durable powder coatings, and can provide 1-10% matte gloss whilst maintaining excellent durability. Performance: • Luna-mer HM750 is designed to be used at 70% of the base resin (with 30% being cured with HAA or TGIC). Increasing higher will reduce gloss, lowering the dosage will increase gloss. • Luna-mer HM750 will behave differently with HAA vs TGIC, and also with different polyester resins. Users should test carefully to determine their optimum formulation. • Recommended extrusion temperature is 110-120 oC, to ensure adequate dispersion of ingredients. • Curing recommendation is 200 oC/15mins, to ensure stable gloss level.

Luna-mer K7567 is an acrylate polymer, designed to be used used as a levelling agent in powder coatings. Luna-mer K7567 provides weather resistance, reduces film defects like fish eyes and pinholes, and enables recoat. It‘s versatility allows it to be used in polyester, epoxy, polyester-epoxy hybrid, acrylic or polyurethane powder coatings.

Luna-mer SA2165 is a synthetic resinbased matting agent for hybrid powder coatings, designed to satisfy a wide range of curing requirements. Luna-mer SA2165 can be used with any polyester resin system, and enables formulations with low gloss, excellent flow and outstanding anti-yellowing properties.

Luna-mer SA2165 D is a synthetic resin based matting agent for hybrid powder coating. It can be cured over a wide temperature range and can be formulated with a full range of carboxyl functional polyesters. Luna-mer SA2165 D can be used to produce coatings that have a 60° gloss range from 5-60 units and offers excellent flow and anti-yellowing properties.

Luna-nox 1010-J is a hindered phenol antioxidant, that is non-poisonous, non-discolouring and non-staining.

Luna-nox 1076-J is a hindered phenol antioxidant, widely used in polymers including polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyamide, ABS, and synthetic rubbers. It is also an effective antioxidant in oils and paints.

Luna-nox 1076-J is odourless, tasteless, low toxicity (LD50≥10000mg/kg) and light-stable, and is recommended for use at 0.1 – 0.3% dosage rate.

Luna-nox B900J is a specialised blend (1:4 ratio) of a phenolic antioxidant with a secondary phosphite costabilizer antioxidant. Luna-nox B900J provides longlasting protection against oxidationin a variety of polymers such as polyefins (PE and PP), polyamides, polycarbonates, PBT and ABS.

Luna-sorb 1990 is a highly efficient, UV absorber developed for solvent based coatings and polymers requiring strong protection both in the UVA and visible light range. Luna-sorb 1990 is specifically developed for solvent based coatings with good solubility with common organic solvents. It also provides long lasting protection for various organic polymers with excellent compatibility to meet exterior applications, particularly for the requirement of extended absorption range into longer wavelengths and visible light. It represents a major milestone with the following advantages:
