ESACOTE® PU 4045 is a low VOC anionic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyester diols. ESACOTE® PU 4045 can be used as binder for clear and pigmented coatings providing good adhesion properties to a large variety of substrates and good intercoat adhesion.
ESACOTE® LX 7100 is an aliphatic anionic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate diols designed for UV and EB radiation curable applications. ESACOTE® LX 7100 can be used as binder especially for clear curable formulation on various substrates such as wood, metal and plastics providing fast water release, exceptional matting efficiency, excellent taber abrasion, high stain and chemical resistances, good adhesion on several substrates, high flexibility and hardness, and tack free before radiation cure.
ESACOTE® PU 61 is a versatile anionic waterborne dispersion of aliphatic polyurethane, based on polycarbonate diols. It serves as a high-quality binder for clear and pigmented coatings, offering a range of valuable features, including good hardness development, high gloss, clarity, mechanical and chemical resistance, and antiscratch protection. This multi-purpose resin can be used on various substrates, such as plastic films, cardboard, metal, and architectural coatings, providing excellent results in applications where toughness and antiscratch properties are required. It can be used alone or in combination with other water-based resins, with the option of enhancing properties through suitable crosslinkers.
