SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.
