CEAMGUM FF 92-400 is a gellan gum-based product. Gellan gum is a gelling polysaccharide obtained from the fermentation of a carbohydrate with the bacteria Spingomonas Elodea. It forms brittle and thermo- irreversible gels.
MEGGLETOSE B 600 is a food grade quality milk sugar, the natural occurring disaccharide of milk. The product is present in the form of lactose monohydrate and is characterised as white powder with its typical odour and a slightly sweetish taste. MEGGLETOSE B 600 is gained from whey and refining takes place at approx. 97 °C (206 °F) for at least 30 minutes. The product is finely ground.
