1,2-Benzisothiazole-3(2H)-one, 2-Méthyl-2H-isothiazole-3-one

parmetol® MBX is a highly-effective in-can preservative without formaldehyde and AOX. Immediately acting preservative with longterm protection. Fast germ count reduction e.g. for contaminated process water. Production hygiene integrated in-can preservative. Synergistic working combination of benzisothiazolone (BIT), methylisothiazolon (MIT) and bis(3 aminopropyl)dodecylamine (BDA). Approved for Ecolabel, e.g. "European Flower" or "Nordic Ecolabel ".
