SternInstant 50 S 210 is a sunflower lecithin compound with a minimum of 30% acetone insolubles and a low water content (≤0.8%). It is GMO-free and provides excellent emulsifying properties. With a shelf life of 18 months, it is stored in 190 kg drums or 900 kg IBCs. The product can be remixed if oil separation occurs without losing functionality, making it ideal for food and industrial applications.
