SILQUEST Y-9669

Silquest silane Y-9669 combines phenyl and amino functionality in the same molecule. It is an extremely effective adhesion promoter for many filled and reinforced resin systems. Silquest silane Y-9669 is a versatile adhesion promoter, particularly for resin systems that will react with a secondary amino group, such as isocyanates, acrylates, epoxies, phenolics and RTV silicones. This silane is especially useful when the resulting material must withstand higher temperatures, e.g. in phenolic resin/fiberglass composites.
TSR 1452 RESIN

TSR1452 is a phenyl-methyl silicone resin that can be used as a sole or co-binder to formulate high-temperature resistant coatings. Coatings can be dried at room temperature but need thermal curing to achieve maximum performance. Formulations using TSR1452 along with suitable pigments and fillers, such as metal powder/flakes, can achieve thermal resistance up to 600 ˚C.
COATOSIL 3573

CoatOSil 3573 coatings additive is a highly compatible agent for reducing the coefficient of friction (COF) of radiation-cured coatings containing either acrylated or cycloaliphatic epoxy resins. It contains 100% of an organo modified silicone polymer. It imparts abrasion and mar resistance to the radiation-cured coatings. Additional benefits may include enhanced substrate wetting and improved flow and leveling of the coating formulations.
COATOSIL DSA 10

COATOSIL DSA 10 is a silicone micro resin and an excellent candidate to consider for use as an additive to help improve the performance of coatings. In addition to providing the specific characteristics of silicones, such as lubricity and water repellency, has a lower specific gravity than conventional inorganic fine powders and typically has superior heat and chemical resistance as compared with convention organic fine powders.
COATOSIL DRI

CoatOSil DRI waterborne silicone resin can help reduce water uptake and improve UV resistance in organic waterborne coating compositions. Its chemical structure enables CoatOSil DRI waterborne silicone resin to overcome the difficulties of combining silicone materials with organic waterborne resins.
