Helianthus Annuus Seed Cera

KahlWax 6607WOA Sunflower is a light-colored sunflower seed wax, which is a side product of the production of the edible oil obtained by milling unhulled seeds. It contains mainly esters of C16-C24 fatty acids and C26-C32 alcohols. KahlWax 6607WOA Sunflower has a well-balanced softness-hardness and an outstanding oil binding capacity. Used in stick preparations it leads to very stable formulation with long-lasting shine while having a very elegant skin feel. It considerably improves viscosity of oleogels, pigmented pastes, and W/O emulsions. Used in O/W emulsions it stabilizes the oil phase and improves consistency and lubricity.
