MARK® OBS® 1200 is a heavy metal free PVC stabiliser. It does not contain phenol and is especially recommended for filled, pigmented, low fogging and transparent plastisol applications. The product is especially designed for applications requiring low volatile organic content (VOC) and low odour. Typical applications are flooring, automotive and textile coating.
MARKSTAT® 60 is used as an internal antistatic agent in flexible PVC articles where static electricity is undesirable; this is the case with floorings, conveyor belting and film.
MARKPHOS® TNPP is used in PVC formulations as a co-stabiliser.
In combination with metal soap stabilisers it improves initial colour and in particular weatherability. The use of MARKPHOS® TNPP as processing aid is recommended in rigid PVC formulations which are subjected to rheological stress during processing.
MARK® CZ 11 V is primarily used in the production of plasticised PVC articles, which meet the requirements for food approval, e.g. tubes, and plasticised films, which come into contact with food.
