It has good compatibility with various synthetic substances and is easily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, toluene, turpentine oil, and gasoline, but insoluble in water, methanol, and ethanol. Terpene resin is an excellent tackifier, with better tackifying performance than rosin, rosin-modified products, and petroleum resin, and it is also an improvement agent for hot-melt materials.

Maleic anhydride grafted PP wax is grafted with maleic anhydride on polypropylene wax under the action of an initiator. This is produced by metallocene catalyst polymerization of polypropylene wax as raw material, the molecular weight distribution is narrower, and the quality is better.
