DEUTERON LE 292

Deuteron LE 292 is an anti-static additive based on a novel esterquat. It is available as a 90% solution in Isopropanol. In contrast to anti-static additives based on TAA salts. Deuteron LE 292 has a significantly lower toxicity and it’s active content is 100% biodegradable (according to OECD). The content of renewable raw materials is approx. 70%.

 

Compared to TAAS-based conductivity promoters, Deuteron LE 292 is not water soluble – this can prove advantageous in the case of wash-out effects.

 

Deuteron LE 292 can be used in polyurethane foams, casting resins, floor coatings or printing inks to impart anti-static effects.

DEUTERON LE 200

Deuteron LE 200 is an anti-static additive based on a novel esterquat. It is available as a 100% material in the form of a free-flowing gel. In contrast to anti-static additives based on TAA salts. Deuteron LE 200 has a significantly lower toxicity and is 100% biodegradable (according to OECD). The content of renewable raw materials is approx. 70%.

DEUTERON LE 50 UV

Deuteron LE 50 UV is a variant of Deuteron LE 100 LV, diluted in 50 % DPGDA. Even in small amounts it considerably reduces the surface and volume resistances. Deuteron LE 50 UV is soluble in all conventional solvent mixtures used in the coating industry, partially with some slight clouding.

DEUTERON VT 910

Deuteron VT 910 is a natural biopolymer based on polysaccharides, with delayed hydration properties due to glyoxal surface treatment, making it easy to use and disperse. It provides strong structural viscosity that reduces under shear force and quickly returns to its base viscosity, helping prevent pigment settling and liquid separation during storage. Stable in anionic and non-ionic systems, Deuteron VT 910 works well across a wide temperature and pH range but may depolymerize at pH levels below 2 or above 12. It is compatible with most binders and thickeners used in the coatings industry.
