Bis-hydroxylauryl dimethicone / IPDI Copolymer (and) Adipic Acid / Neopentylglycol Copolymer (and) Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride. It is a liquid polymeric emollient urethane incorporating a modified polyester coupled with a triglyceride, imparting exceptional compatibility with silicones, traditional polar esters and natural oils. Designed originally for lip care applications, AXIOM UP-5L offers enhanced film forming properties and high gloss.
