CRAYVALLAC WN 1495

CRAYVALLAC WN-1495 is a very finely micronised polyethylene wax conforming to FDA 175.300.
CRAYVALLAC WN 1265

CRAYVALLAC WN-1265 is a micronised amide wax conforming to FDA 175.300.
CRAYVALLAC® SLX

CRAYVALLAC® SLX is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology modifier designed for the low temperature manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane systems, where processing temperatures typically lie within the range 60 - 90°C. CRAYVALLAC® SLX particles are converted to an interacting network of crystalline fibres. It is this network that gives rise to the shear thinning rheology. This shear thinning characteristic provides for a low viscosity at the shear rates associated with application by extrusion, and a very high viscosity under the low shear rates experienced after application. The net result is ease of application followed by excellent sag and slump resistance.
CRAYVALLAC WF 1039

CRAYVALLAC WF-1039 is a micronised PTFE modified polyethylene wax conforming to FDA 175.300.
CRAYVALLAC® ULTRA

CRAYVALLAC® ULTRA is a pure polyamide especially recommended in 2K epoxy primers for its robustness. CRAYVALLAC® ULTRA is a micronised amide wax rheology modifier offering very good recoatability for ambient curing solvent-based epoxy coatings. CRAYVALLAC® ULTRA has been designed to overcome those difficulties which exist with older type organo-wax rheology modifiers e.g. seeding, false-body and migration of readily dissolved species to the surface. Consequently, when used in strong solvent systems, coatings formulated using CRAYVALLAC® ULTRA offer an enhanced performance and very good recoatability.
CRAYVALLAC® SLT

CRAYVALLAC® SLT is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology modifier designed for activation-free manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane based systems. Simple stirring is only necessary to get full efficiency. CRAYVALLAC® SLT is also suitable for the activation-free manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane based adhesives. CRAYVALLAC® SLT is specially designed for the low temperature manufacture of one-component methoxysilane sealants where processing temperatures typically lie within the range 30 – 80°C. CRAYVALLAC® SLT particles are converted to an interacting network of crystalline fibres. It is this network that gives rise to the shear thinning rheology. This shear thinning characteristic provides for a low viscosity at the shear rates associated with application by extrusion, and a veryhigh viscosity under the low shear rates experienced after application. The net result is ease of application followed by excellent sag and slump resistance.
