Due to the special roasting process Barley Choc Powder is organoleptically very similar to cocoa powder and can replace up to 30% cocoa in existing products. Barley Choc is low in fat, a natural dye, and easy to use. Suitable for premixes, coating (soft & hard), desserts, fillings, milk-based drinks, baked goods and many other foods.
