PLEXTOL R 4152 is an acrylic polymer dispersion designed for use in durable exterior paints with good dirt pick up resistance. It is a fine particle sized dispersion, stabilized by a unique surfactant system. PLEXTOL R 4152 works well with different thickener and rheology modifier types. Paints based on PLEXTOL R 4152 have exceptional water, alkali and efflorescence resistance.
REVACRYL AE 4522 K is a specially modified aqueous dispersion of a styrene-acrylic ester copolymer, formulated without film-forming aids, solvents, or plasticizers. It is designed around the demands of waterproofing, priming, and tile adhesive applications where adhesion under wet conditions is non-negotiable.
The polymer is chemically engineered to bond to mineral substrates, maintaining adhesion even in moist or submerged conditions. It forms a clear, tack-free film with good resistance to light, ageing, and alkali. Its high filler loading capacity and compatibility with conventional pigments and fillers give formulators broad latitude in product design, including cement-free, ready-to-use tile adhesives.
