DAOTAN TW 6450/30WA is recommended as the NMP / NEP- free alternative for DAOTAN (V)TW 1236. Like the latter, DAOTAN TW 6450 is a polycarbonate-based, high molecular weight Polyurethane dispersion. Dried at ambient temperature, DAOTAN TW 6450 provides clear, crack-free films without further addition of organic solvents or additives. These films exhibit excellent elasticity and mechanical properties and very good adhesion to different plastic substrates like e.g. ABS, PC, PA, PVC, PC/PBT. Accordingly DAOTAN TW 6450/30WA is particularly recommended for waterborne plastic primer and waterborne auto OEM Basecoats with outstanding requirements regarding stone chip resistance properties. A further use is as modifier resin to improve stone chip resistance properties of e.g. auto OEM primer surfacer formulations. DAOTAN TW 6450/30WA can be used as an adhesive for pharmaceutical and food packaging applications. It provides excellent peel strength and long-term humidity resistance. It is ready to use; no further formulation is needed.

EBECRYL® 8002 is a low-viscosity oligomer that enhances UV/EB formulations by providing high elongation and increased flexibility, while maintaining strength and improving adhesion. It effectively lowers the glass transition temperature (Tg) in various applications.

ACURE 500 systems harness the high reactivity of Michael Addition enabling paint formulators to design two-component coatings with extremely fast drying and with uncharacteristically long pot lives. ACURE 500 consists of a strong base which is blocked with di-ethyl carbonate. ACURE 500 unblocks with the release of alcohol and CO2 and is the key enabler to the provision of fast dry times with long pot lives in ACURE coatings. The rate at which ACURE 500 unblocks may be controlled by the addition of an alcohol (typically ethanol, n-propanol, or n-butanol) to the ACURE coating.

EBECRYL® 4690 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted ~28% by weight with 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA). EBECRYL® 4690 exhibits a good reactivity and produces hard and tough coatings. The product contains ~27% bio-carbon (according to ASTM D6866) and is tin-free.
