DAOTAN TW 6451/32WA is an aqueous, low-viscosity polyurethane dispersion, polyester-based with aromatic and aliphatic parts. It serves as a NMP/NEP-free alternative for DAOTAN (V)TW 1235, offering shear stability and high molecular weight. This dispersion produces clear, crack-free films at ambient temperature without the need for additional solvents or additives. It exhibits excellent elasticity, mechanical properties, and adhesion to various plastic substrates like ABS, PC, PA, PVC, and PC/PBT. DAOTAN TW 6451/32WA is ideal for waterborne plastic primers and as a modifier resin to enhance stone chip resistance in auto OEM primer surfacer formulations.
