SETALUX FC 1923 BA-75 provides VOC compliant (< 420 g/l) coatings with very fast drying at ambient temperatures, high build and gloss, good hardness build-up, good mechanical properties and good outdoor durability. It is used as two-component clearcoats and solid colour topcoats for vehicle refinish. Two-component industrial topcoats.

SETALUX DA 160 X is primarily applied in combination with Desmodur® N, in the formulation of twocomponent polyurethane coatings with good lightfastness and resistance to chalking. SETALUX D A 160 X is used primarily in combination with Desmodur N 75 or N 3390 to formulate air- and force-drying top coats as well as anti-corrosion coatings and top coats for steel in civil and hydraulic engineering applications. The coatings can be applied by brushing, rolling and airless spraying. They have good weather stability and resistance to water, washing solutions and chemicals. They are stable up to approx. 150 °C. However, yellowing may occur at this temperature.

SETAQUA 6006 is applied in combination with water-reducible metal or combination driers: very fast drying properties can be obtained, with excellent stain blocking and wood penetration. It is used as air-drying, decorative and industrial wood and metal primers and isolating wall primers.

SETALUX DA 265 BA is primarily applied in combination with Desmodur N 75 or N 3390, in the formulation of two-component polyurethane coatings with good gloss retention, lightfastness and resistance to chalking. SETALUX D A 265 BA is used primarily in combination with Desmodur N 75 orN 3390 to formulate automotive coatings. The cured paint films are hard but flexible. They have high gloss, high body and good lightfastness and weather stability. SETALUX D A 265 BA can be pigmented easily. If using organic pigments, nitrocellulose chips have proved ideal as the paste binder.
