ANTKOTE 2042 is a hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion designed for vehicle, machinery and anticorrosion coating. In combination with polyisocyanates or other crosslinkers, it can be used for tow-component coating. It also can be used for one component baking coating with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Approx. 46% in water/solvent naphtha 100/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 44:4:4. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.

SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

PURANOL D220, synthesized with DMC catalyst and initiated with propylene glycol, boasts strong reaction activity, low unsaturation, narrow molecular weight distribution, and excellent molecular chain flexibility. It finds application in elastomers, coatings, adhesives, and more.
