SYNTHOMER™ NX 795 is a versatile product with multiple applications. It can be used as a coalescent agent in water-based resin dispersions, paints, and coatings, a retarder solvent for high-bake coatings, a plasticizer in cosmetics and ink, an intermediate for synthesizing ester derivatives for plasticizers, and as an additive in chemical separation processes for mineral processing, pulp & paper, and water treatment.

PLIOTEC SC245 is a self-crosslinking all-acrylic latex that provides excellent blush resistance and adhesion to various substrates, including concrete and tile. It forms a durable film with good resistance to hot tire pick-up, making it ideal for clear concrete sealers and floor coatings. PLIOTEC SC245 can be formulated into coatings with less than 50 g/L VOC, offering excellent early water resistance, UV stability, and exterior durability, and it is free from APE and formaldehyde.

Mor-Glo 8 zinc crosslinked floor finish polymer is used to make premium, well-balanced floor polishes that provide outstanding dirt resistance, reparability, and response to periodic ultra high speed maintenance.

Pliotec 7104 high Tg styrene acrylic latex provides adhesion to concrete and resistance to chemicals and hot-tire.
