SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

SILIKOPUR 8080 is a waterborne, N-methylpyrrolidone-free (NMP-free), provide water beading effect and good recoatability.

PU-548 is moderately tough aromatic modified polyurethane resin.

Crysol 6120 is a self-crosslinking polyurethane dispersion specifically designed for use in plastic paints. This product boasts excellent adhesion to various plastic substrates such as PC, PC+ABS, ABS, and PVC. It features superior water resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to yellowing, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal with high gloss, transparency, and hardness in the film. Formulated to be environmentally friendly, Crysol 6120 is APEO-free, NMP-free, tin-free, and contains ultra-low VOCs. It is compatible with acrylic emulsions and other polyurethane dispersions, and contains about 40% in a water/N-Ethyl-2-pyrrolidone mixture, with a small amount of triethylamine for neutralization. It also includes a biocide blend of CMIT/MIT and MIT.
