ADDITOL VXW 6386 Easy emulsifable defoamer, espacially for high quality waterborne sytems, at there conventionally mineral-oil or silicon based defoamers cause decrease the surface quallity of the film (orange peel, craters). At forced and stoving drying paints it can observed a higher cissing free filmthickness. ADDITOL VXW 6386 is qualified for following waterborne systems: stoving enamel based on alkyd- or acrylic-melamine resin, 2 component acrylic-isocyanate paints, paints based on waterdilutable alkyd resin and gloss and semigloss dispersion paint.

ADDITOL XL 480 LC FLOW´s Additive to improve surface quality of paint films, particularly automotive coatings. ADDITOL XL 480 LC FLOW may be used with any type of paint material, e.g. on the basis of alkyd/melamine systems, acrylics, polyurethane systems, oil-free polyesters, etc. ADDITOL XL 480 LC FLOW prevents surface defects of paint films. In most cases, the coemployment of ADDITOL XL 480 LC FLOW helps to prevent craters, even caused by neighbouring spray mists of other paints. Further, film defects caused by applicational conditions, like poor levelling,uneven surface, etc. can be avoided. ADDITOL VXW 4926 is a rapid defoaming or air release.It allows high film thickness of stoving paints, without cissing. Also suited for combinations of dispersions with water dilutable synthetic resins. ADDITOL VXW 4926 is a surface active additive for water dilutable paints. Particularly with spray application cissing on curing of the paint is prevented or may appear only with higher film thickness. Since ADDITOL VXW 4926 is not dilutable with water, it should be incorporated with great care. The dosed range is between 2 % and 15 % for 100 % binder solids. The optimum quantity should be determined in individual tests.

ADDITOL VXW 4973 is an easily emulsifiable defoamer with very good incorporating ability. It is suited for defoaming of coarse-disperse to fine-disperse (plastic) dispersions on the basis of PVAC, PVC, acrylates and their copolymerisates. Also low-viscous products may be defoamed with ADDITOL VXW 4973.
