ADDITOL VXW 6206 is the lead-free and barium-free combination drier. ADDITOL VXW 6206 produces in waterborne alkyd resin paints a good set-drying combined with an even through-drying. ADDITOL VXW 6206 contains a balanced metal combination which is for an optimum oxidative drying necessary.ADDITOL VXW 6206 may be added as siccative to all waterborne oxidatively drying alkyd resin paints. Especially suitable for externally emulsified alkyd resin emulsions.

ADDITOL VXW 4940N contains all metals which are necessary for an utmost oxidative drying. Adding any other drier is not necessary. Resydrol AY 586w, Resydrol AY 466w, Resydrol AZ 436w, because contrary to conventional driers a homogeneous distribution is provided and therefore a quick drying and most of all good drying stability can be achieved. ADDITOL VXW 4940N can also be used for acryl-alkyd hybrid systems.

RESAMIN HF 480 has the properties of a plasticizer as well as that of a soft resin. It contains no organic solvents. It is light-fast and heat resistant and stable against hydrolysis. Resamin HF 480 is mainly used as a soft resin in nitrocellulose lacquers for the coating of wood and paper to improve flexibility, adhesion, gloss and outdoor durability. Resamin HF 480 can also be used in stoving systems based on alkyd/amino resins or in coatings based on thermoplastic resins to improve flexibility and adhesion. In combination with thermoplastic resins like Hostaflex (PVC) or Butvar (poly vinyl butyral), pigmentation and gloss development are improved as well.
