BROMELAIN 10W, also known as pineapple enzyme or pineapple ferment, is extracted from the stem, leaves, and skin of the pineapple. Its main components include mercapto group–containing peroxidase, acid phosphatase, several protease inhibitors, and organic active calcium, with its activity center being the mercapto (–SH) group. Bromelain exhibits strong anti-inflammatory effects and helps reduce skin tanning caused by sun exposure.
