Emulpals® 115 is an all vegetable, non-gmo activated cake emulsifier. Emulpals®115 is the excellent fast choice due to it’s very fast aeration properties and stability in the whipped batter. MDG0054 is mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids. Due to its multi-functional behaviour used in a wide range of products such as emulsifer with starch complexing properties for use in bread and starch based products, and emulsifier for use in water-in-oil emulsions e.g. margarine and bakery compounds, etc.

PGPR4150 is s a polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR) with unique, very high functional properties. It is specially designed to reduce yield value and plastic viscosity in chocolate and compound products.
