GLUTEN FREE WHITE RICE FLOUR ML100 is carefully cleaned and selected non-parboiled rice which is milled to extra fine rice flour. The product is native and according to the principles of “Clean Labelling” and does not contain artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. Viscosity – and gel-forming, water-binding, stabilizer and structuring agent, release agent or carrier in dry state, extrudable, suitable for crisp textures and coatings; can vary hardness, brittleness and crumb behavior, suitable for bakery products, pastries, snacks, soups, sauces, ready meals, meat products, spices/seasoning blends.
