The product is native and according to the principles of “Clean Labelling” and does not contain artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. Viscosity – and gel-forming, water-binding, stabilizer and structuring agent, release agent or carrier in dry state, extrudable, suitable for crisp textures and coatings; can vary hardness, brittleness and crumb behavior, suitable for bakery products, pastries, snacks, soups, sauces, ready meals, meat products, spices/seasoning blends.
