Palsgaard® PGPR 4190

Palsgaard® PGPR 4190 is a polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR) with unique functional properties. Palsgaard® PGPR 4190 is specially designed to reduce the Casson yield value and plastic viscosity in chocolate and compound products. As Palsgaard® PGPR 4190 is mainly reducing the yield value it is usually used in combination with ammonium phosphatide (Palsgaard® AMP 4455) or lecithin to achieve optimal results. The unique functionality enables production of very low-fat chocolates.

SunActive® Fe-P80LK is a powder type, emulsified ferric pyrophosphate to fortify iron in the food and beverage products especially tested and analysed to be used in infant nutrition and baby food. It consists of micronized and micro encapsulated ferric pyrophosphate for an effective nutrient delivery through foods, beverages and dietary supplements. SunActive® is free of any flavors, colors or preservatives and it is stable against heat, salt, pH and oxidation. It doesn´t precipitate neither reaglomerate.
