BC-200-WSS is a yellow to orange suspension of nature identical ß-carotene produced by synthesis. The preparation is suspended in sunflower oil, food approved emulsifier and water. The principle component is all trans ß-carotene. Suitable for dairy products and analogues, Edible Ices, Bakery wares, Meat, Salts, spices, soups, sauces, salads and protein products, Ready-to-eat savouries and snacks, desserts.

LiquidCap® CC-5-WSS is a dark red water soluble product which is a gel at storage temperature but becomes pourable at room temperature. It is produced by extraction of carminic acid from the cochineal insect (Dactylopius coccus Costa) followed by conversion to the Ca-Al lake of carminic acid. To improve functionality the lake is encapsulated in a matrix of sugar and gelatine. The major coloring principle is carminic acid.
