DEGAROUTE 660 is a low-viscosity, quick-setting methacrylate resin specifically formulated for durable cold spray plastic road markings. It serves as a binder in the preparation of cold spray plastic compounds, applicable through various methods. When applied on concrete road surfaces, it requires a primer (e.g., B71), with coating thickness ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mm. Suitable for temperatures between 5°C and 60°C, it caters to both cold and warm climate conditions.

DEGAROUTE 456 is a methacrylate resin designed for durable cold plastic road markings. It is a low viscosity methacrylate resin used as a binder for permanent markings based on cold plastic. The resin is permanently elastic, processed without plasticizers, and has a mild smell. The viscosity of the ready formulated material remains stable over a long period, making it versatile for use in flat line and structure markings. The recommended surface temperature for application ranges from 5 °C to 60 °C, but it can be applied at temperatures below 5 °C with the addition of Accelerator 50. The resin has good wetting properties for fillers and pigments, allowing the production of fluid cold plastics suitable for use in both cold and warm climates. It is ideal for markings at junctions, crossings, stop lines, direction arrows, and center markings on freeways and highways, and can be manually applied using a trowel and draw box.

DEGALAN PM 602 is a versatile binder. It is useable for the manufacture of glossy weather-resistant, light-fast and chemical-resistant concrete coatings, exterior house paints, metal coatings, marine and container coatings, aerosol paints and road marking paints. DEGALAN® PM 602 is compatible with the most PVC copolymers, NC, chlorinated rubber, most plasticizers, CAB and partly compatible with alkyd, melamine and urea resins.
