Plant Extract G-WS is a very dark blue-green liquid. It is a blend of the aqueous extraction of Carthamus (Carthamus tinctorius L) and gardenia extract. Uses for cakes, ice creams, extruded products, puddings, confectionery, juices, dairy products, dressings and any other food with an aqueous phase.

A concentrated, powder green offering excellent stability, and lower dosage into finished product. 10% Chlorophyllin. C-10.000P-WS-AP is a dark green water soluble liquid produced by extraction of chlorophyll from lucerne, grass or nettle.
