VYLONAL MD-1480 is a waterbased, high molecular weight copolyesters. VYLONAL MD-1480 series have a Low Tg, are 100% solvent free and have Good adhesion strength on PET. VYLONAL MD-1480 series are compliant with FDA 175.105 and EC 10/2011.

SETATHANE D E 2767 is applied in combination with aromatic polyisocyanates based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate as binder for solvent-free two-component polyurethane coatings with high chemical resistance for concrete and other porous substrates, fillers, sealing compounds and synthetic resin mortars. SETATHANE D E 2767 is suitable for the formulation of coatings, mortars and sealers with high chemical resistance. Coatings formulated with SETATHANE D E 2767 generally exhibit outstanding resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-cross linking of 50 % and more is usual. This allows a wide-ranging variation in flow and chemical resistance. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2767 requires the addition of hydrated lime in accordance with DIN EN 12 518 (or cement if necessary) as a CO2 scavenger. In certain cases where the film thickness is less than 100 μm, there is no need to add hydrated lime.

SETATHANE D E 2656 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for chemically resistant coatings. SETATHANE D E 2656 is suitable for the formulation of coatings and mortars with high chemical resistance for food and beverage industries. Coatings formulated with SETATHANE D E 2656 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Overcrosslinking of 500 % is usual. This optimizes chemical resistance and flow. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2656 requires the addition of hydrated lime and/or cement as a CO2 scavenger.

SETATHANE D 1160 is applied in combination with solvent-free, predominantly aromatic polyisocyanates, as a binder for flexible floor coatings. It is the most suitable co-reactant for SETATHANE D 1160 is Desmodur VH 20 N. Other polyisocyanates such as Desmodur VL are also suitable but the compatibility must be tested in each case. SETATHANE D 1160 can be used in the formulation of flexible floor coatings. Coatings based on SETATHANE D 1160 and Desmodur VH 20 N are characterized by their high flexibility and good mechanical strength.
