FIBERVITA LPM 106 The synergy between its components contributes to a significant level of Water& Oil Absorption and Retention capacity even at a low pH condition, severe shear stress and high temperature withstanding for up to 4 Freeze & Thaw Cycles. Application: It partially and or totally replaces any modified starch (potato, corn, rice and or wheat origin) and Wheat-Flour commonly used by the Veggie Burger industry. It is an excellent emulsifying, thickening, texturizing and stabilizing agent providing a low Water-Activity characteristic (aw).
