SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

EBECRYL LEO 10801 is a hexafunctional polyester acrylate oligomer that provides high reactivity and the proper ink-water balance necessary for good lithographic printing. Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL LEO 10801 display excellent rheological properties ensuring good ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket and then to the substrate, combined with good dot definition. EBECRYL LEO 10801 has been specifically developed to formulate UV/EB curable inks with low extractables and low odor for indirect food contact applications

EBECRYL® 417 is a bisphenol A-free chlorinated polyester resin diluted with EBECRYL® 50, an ethoxylated pentaerythritol tetraacrylate. Cured by ultraviolet (UV) or electron beam (EB) radiation, it forms films exhibiting good adhesion to metals, plastics, and paper.
