SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

Puranol D 210 is initiated with propylene glycol. The product is synthesized with DMC catalyst. ANTKOTE 2042 is a hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion designed for vehicle, machinery and anticorrosion coating. In combination with polyisocyanates or other crosslinkers, it can be used for tow-component coating. It also can be used for one component baking coating with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Approx. 46% in water/solvent naphtha 100/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 44:4:4. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.
