VYLON GK-255 is a high molecular weight copolyester, with high Tg. VYLON GK-255 has an excellent adhesion to various substrate materials such as PET, PVC, and metals. VYLON GK-255 is suitable for inks, primers, coating and adhesion, heat seal lacquers for flexible food packaging. VYLON GK-255 has an excellent flexibility, solvent solubility with high acid value. VYLON GK-255 is compliant with FDA 175.105 (only for non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.

VYLONAL MD-2000 is a waterbased, high molecular weight copolyesters. VYLONAL MD-2000 series have a high Tg, are 100% solvent free and have Good adhesion strength on PET. VYLONAL MD-2000 series are compliant with FDA 175.105 and EC 10/2011.

SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

AXILAT UP 600 B is used to improve workability of fresh mortar, hydrophobic properties. AXILAT UP 600 B is a vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate and maleic ester copolymer resin in redispersible powder form. It is redispersible in water and used in dry mortars to improve workability of fresh mortar, hydrophobic properties, adhesion to conventional substrates, especially after severe ageing conditions, and mechanical properties (flexibility, abrasion resistance and cohesive strength). It is a plasticiser-free powder, particularly suitable for ecologically demanding systems.
