LYSI-409 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in thermoplastic urethanes (TPU). It is widely used as an efficient additive for TPU compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance, etc.

Luna PTSI is used in the formulation of polyurethane products as a reactive additive with low viscosity. Luna PTSI prevents moisture related problems by reacting with trace moisture. Excess water reacts with Luna PTSI towards the corresponding carbamic acid, which undergoes immediate decomposition to form carbon dioxide and the relatively inert p- toluenesulfonamide, which is commonly used as a plasticizer. BIO-MASTER SG-20 is an epoxy-type random copolymer that appears as a white transparent powder. It serves as a chain extender for biodegradable resins such as PLA, PBAT, and PBS, enhancing their viscosity and maximizing processing performance. BIO-MASTER SG-20 also provides excellent compatibility for PLA/PBAT blends and starch-filled polylactic acid, improving mechanical properties, thermal stability, and overall processing efficiency.
