SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

VYLON 270 is a high molecular weight copolyester with high Tg (67°C). It has excellent adhesion on PET, metal and PVC, very good compatibity with other polyester, and has excellent formability.

VYLON GK 330 is a high molecular weight copolyesterwith low Tg (16°C). It has excellent formability and very good compatibility with GK-880 and GK-640. Food contact approved.
