DEXAMETHASONE is a synthetic adrenal corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory properties. It is used in the treatment of many different conditions including severe allergies, severe or chronic asthma, skin problems, eye problems, arthritis, breathing problems, inflammatory diseases of the bowel, some types of cancer and "auto-immune" diseases. It decreases your immune system's response to various diseases to reduce symptoms such as swelling and allergic-type reactions.

LEVOFLOXACINE is an antibiotic medication. It is used to treat a number of bacterial infections including acute bacterial sinusitis, pneumonia, H. pylori (in combination with other medications), urinary tract infections, chronic prostatitis, and some types of gastroenteritis.
