C-3000-OS-Paste 717024 is a dark green paste, produced by extraction of lucerne, grass (Festuca arundinacea) or nettle. The pigments are converted to Cu-chlorophyll and diluted in edible vegetable oil.

DYNATEM PS 50 is a Lactic acid ester of mono and diglycerides made from edible fully hydrogenated oil (Palm and Sunflower). It is white to off-white paste/semi-solid at 28°C. Applications: - Aerating agent in non-dairy whipped toppings - Foam stiffener in non-dairy whipped toppings - Aerating agent in cake and cake mixes - Provides uniform texture in margarines and shortening.

FRIENDY SR is an emulsified fat-based buttercream improver, the ingredients in FRIENDY SR meet the specification for identification and purity given by FAO/WHO, EU and US FDA. FRIENDY SR is recommended to use in buttercream sandwiched cream and icing applications.
