Its composition makes tucumã butter highly spreadable and has a light texture, promoting a dry and non-greasy touch. With a melting point around 27-37°C, it acts directly on the surface of the skin and hair, ensuring benefits such as nutrition, hydration, restoration and emollience. Forming a transparent protective film on the skin and hair strands, very similar to action of silicones like dimethicone type, refined Tucumã butter is a natural alternative to the sensory properties of some silicones.
