L-Cysteine is one of the 20 natural Amino acids and, besides Methionine, the only one which contains sulfur. EDIBLE COLLAGEN CASINGS FINE-N 17 CLR 14.3 (NS170B05) is a type of sausage casing made from collagen, a natural protein found in animal hides and bones. These casings are edible and are used to encase and shape a wide range of meat products, such as sausages and hot dogs. The Fine-N 17 CLR 14.3 refers to the size and diameter of the casing, and it is designed to be used with small-diameter sausages. The casings are clear in color and have a consistent 14.3mm diameter. They are made using a proprietary process that ensures consistent quality, and they are easy to use, even for beginners. These casings are suitable for use with both fresh and cooked sausages and does not require soaking or precooking before use.
